It all started with covid. We weren't prepared to do faith formation remotely and we weren't allowed to have kids in class yet. But we were able to have families in church -- separated into their own pews with an empty pew in between.
This was the origin of "Family Meetings". Later, when classes were back, we kept the Family Meetings once a month because folks liked them -- especially because they could learn and share faith together as a family.
The first year Father Ralph led the meetings but after
that some brave and wonderful couples led the meetings. This year we are so grateful to the Browns and the McGuires for sharing their time and faith with their peers.
We look forward to seeing all students with their parents at our family meetings. This is a requirement in lieu of a formal classroom lesson and, as feedback has confirmed from prior participants, you will not be disappointed.
